Shipping & Delivery
Every BUZZA order ships from warehouses within the European Union, so you get fast local delivery with no customs fees or import charges. Shipping prices vary by destination and are always shown at checkout.
Processing and delivery times
Most orders placed before 23:59 (GMT+2) are processed and shipped the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
European Union — 3–8 business days
Depending on your destination, orders are delivered by logistics partners such as DPD, DHL, Omniva, PostNord and Posti.
A small number of products are made to order and take longer to dispatch. This is always noted on the product page.
